* Remaining balances are due prior to final delivery, installation, launch, or release of files.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All artwork, designs, concepts, marketing materials, websites, graphics, and creative assets remain the property of ANW Media, Inc. until paid in full.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Customers are responsible for:
* Reviewing and approving all artwork before production.
* Verifying spelling, contact information, measurements, and content.
* Providing accurate information necessary for project completion.
ANW Media, Inc. shall not be liable for approved errors discovered after production.
ANW Media, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
