1. Services

ANW Media, Inc. provides marketing, advertising, website development, graphic design, vehicle wraps, print products, promotional products, apparel decoration, lead generation, digital marketing, and related business services.

2. Quotes, Estimates & Orders

All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Production schedules begin only after:

  • Required deposits have been received.

  • All artwork approvals have been completed.

  • Necessary customer materials have been supplied.

Additional revisions, modifications, or scope changes may result in additional charges.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • A minimum 50% deposit is required before work begins.

  • Remaining balances are due prior to final delivery, installation, launch, or release of files.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, concepts, marketing materials, websites, graphics, and creative assets remain the property of ANW Media, Inc. until paid in full.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all artwork before production.

  • Verifying spelling, contact information, measurements, and content.

  • Providing accurate information necessary for project completion.

ANW Media, Inc. shall not be liable for approved errors discovered after production.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANW Media, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

  • Distribute malicious software or harmful code.

  • Interfere with website operations.

8. SMS Messaging Program
